EIZO needed detailed analysis identifying how the brand performed within the UK market against competitors. This would help align strategy with customer expectations and prioritise marketing platforms for future activity.
When the pandemic hit, EIZO also required a standalone campaign responding to lockdown challenges.
Our work began with our comprehensive brand audit and strategy development as the first part of our 8 moves programme.. As part of this process, we surveyed external customers and distributor partners while conducting workshops with the internal EIZO team. This created a strategic baseline enabling the brand to reposition for long-term growth objectives.
We then focused on a content-led, multi-channel campaign for the emerging work-from-home sector. The user journey ended with an educational eBook download, collecting customer data for consenting downloads.
The brand audit provided strategic clarity for repositioning in a rapidly changing market. The work-from-home campaign delivered immediate impact — 66 high-value (multimillion pound) contract leads and digital press coverage reaching over 150,000 professionals evaluating remote office solutions.
