Delta Scientific, a Canadian distributor of high-quality lab products, needed repositioning in the competitive North American marketplace. Through our 8 Moves Programme, we delivered brand work, an e-commerce website and integrated campaigns. Campaign work included a 40th anniversary celebration inspired by 1980s sci-fi aesthetics that honoured their founding era.

Delta Scientific approached us needing an overhaul of its science marketing strategy. The task? Create a new marketing strategy defining the way forward, including building an e-commerce website and raising brand awareness while driving traffic.
We started by applying our ‘8 Moves of B2B’ framework to understand where the brand was and where it needed to reach key decision-makers. Market and competitor analysis informed brand and channel strategies guiding a fully integrated campaign.
We completed a rebrand, built an e-commerce website handling 500,000 products, and rolled out digital assets, social channels, web explainers, PR and automated campaigns. Always-on social media support maintained consistent presence, whilst content reached international audiences across Canada, USA and Central America.
Later, we developed a 40th anniversary campaign inspired by 1980s sci-fi aesthetics — celebrating Delta’s founding era through creative visuals. We also produced messaging, activation emails, a campaign landing page, print and direct mail postcards.
Several years on, we continue to provide always-on support for Delta including ongoing social media content, as well as SEO, website maintenance and sales enablement asset production.
Delta’s transformation has been substantial. The e-commerce platform now handles half a million products efficiently, while the anniversary campaign reinforced customer relationships and celebrated four decades of scientific advancement.
