Digital Strategy Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and highly analytical Digital Strategy Manager to take ownership of the digital dimension across Move’s retained client portfolio. Working closely with client services, content and creative teams, this role is responsible for shaping and guiding multichannel digital strategies that deliver measurable results.
Reporting into the Managing Director, the Digital Strategy Manager will lead strategic planning across campaigns, websites and always-on activity, ensuring channels work together in harmony. The role also includes line management responsibility and close involvement in proposals, consultancy and reporting — making it a pivotal strategic position within the agency.

Midweight Graphic Designer
We’re also hiring a Midweight Graphic Designer to join our creative team, reporting into the Head of Creative. This role will work across brand, website and campaign projects, bringing strong conceptual thinking and high-quality design execution to a wide range of B2B briefs.
The Midweight Designer will collaborate closely with client services, copywriters and digital specialists, helping shape creative direction as well as producing standout visual assets across digital, sales and motion. It’s a great opportunity for someone ready to take more ownership and grow towards a senior role.
